■ Product order method

The way to order goods on our website is in six stages.
① Product search
② Printed in a shopping bag
③ Login of member ID or order non-members
④ Prepare an order form
⑤ Select payment method and make payment
⑥ Order successful screen (order number)
⑦ In case of non-members orders, make sure to note the order number and approval number (when paying for a card) in step 6.
※ However, if you are a member, you do not need to manage it separately because it is automatically saved.

■ Order Tracking

You may track your order by logging into your Janilinkglobal account and reviewing your order history. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when orders are shipped. Once you have received your tracking number you can check the status of your package by visiting Fedex.

■ Shipping/Delivery/Returns

Janilinkglobal values you time and always stives to provide our customers the best shipment. Typically, an order takes about 3 days to a week to arrive in your establishment.

All shipments are shipped FedEx or truck when the gross weight of your order makes the use of a common carrier more economical. (If your orders weigh over ~70lbs., We would contact you with the shipping cost.)

When a shipment is shipped by truck, our Shipping department negotiates with a number of trucking companies to insure the most competitive freight rates available.

All other charges are not for transportation, they are fees for other services provided to you by the carrier. Those services are for your convenience and they are your responsibility.


Janilinkglobal.com offers only the highest quality janitorial products, at the lowest price you can find. We are convinced that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However if you are having trouble with something you ordered from us please give us a call or email us so we can help you. We will accept returns under the following conditions.

If the product is has not been used(Same condition as it has been received), we extend to you a no questions asked return policy for a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost at your expense.
*Note: if you paid with your American Express card , we charge a 15%+6%(service fee) restocking fee.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of you received items.

If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, please pack the item in a box and include a note with your full name. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. For faster refunds, please include a copy of the receipt.

Janilinkglobal.com can only give refunds for items purchased online through our shop.
